Does Golden Team Professional Cleaning Services require a pre-inspection before providing a quote?
Answer: No, we do not require a pre-inspection. Our initial deep clean services are charged by the hour. The time spent on-site will depend on the size of the residence, its overall condition, and the amount of furnishings.
Will my initial service be a deep cleaning?
Answer: Yes! All of our initial cleaning services begin with a deep clean. Our goal is to make your home spotless, which helps make any subsequent regular cleaning services quicker and more cost-effective.
What is included in your deep clean service?
Answer: Almost everything! We deep clean areas that many other companies overlook or charge extra for. At GTPRO, we’re committed to providing thorough, high-quality service without cutting corners. Do I need to stay home while you clean my residence?
Answer: No! Once we get started, feel free to enjoy your day while we handle the cleaning. We’ll call or text you 15-30 minutes before we finish so you can return to inspect our work and make your payment.
Can I leave my dog or other pets at home while you clean?
Answer: Yes, as long as your pet is comfortable around cleaning chemicals, supplies, equipment, and new faces. For safety reasons, we ask that all dogs be secured in a pet carrier, kennel, or enclosed space while we clean. We request the same for any other pets that may try to escape when doors are opened during cleaning.
How do I obtain a cleaning quote?

How long are your estimates good for?
Answer: 30 days.
Can I gift a residential cleaning service to a family member, friend, or coworker?
Answer: Absolutely! Please call us directly, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at (888) 413-4877 to discuss your gifting options. Please note that we only accept gift cards issued directly by Golden Team Professional Cleaning Services LLC, not third-party gift cards.
